Join the PNTC Board of Directors
Requirements to be a Member of the Board of Directors:
GOAL: The goal of each member of the board of directors is to assist in the growth and development of the company.
PRIMARY COMMITMENT: A board member must bring a willingness to lend their experience, skills, and resources, in whatever way they can, to PNTC. The BOD is considered a working board with financial and production oversight. The board member also commits to work on various projects, programs and developments that are sanctioned and approved by the BOD.
TERM: 1 Year minimum, 3-year term limit in any one role or seat
MEETINGS: Monthly meetings are scheduled annually, special meetings may be called
COMMITTEES: A board member must volunteer to be an active member of at least one (or more, if so desired by the member) of the standing committees listed below

Fund raising/corporate donations/ad sales

Grant Writing

Community Outreach/ Youth Involvement
PERFORMANCE ATTENDANCE: Each board member will attend at least one performance of each of the season’s shows
FINANCIAL PARTICIPATION: Board members are expected to make an annual financial contribution, of any size or amount, to the company, separate of and in addition to, any ticket purchases.
FUNDRAISING INVOLVEMENT: Board members are expected to always be promoting the company and either giving financially or getting donors and others who give financially. Each member of the board must adopt an attitude of ownership to promote and develop this company both financially and in activities within the community.
