(The newer, revised version). A combination of Shakespeare’s “Taming of the Shrew” and Cole Porter’s music and lyrics. A wonderful play within a play, where each cast member’s on-stage life is complicated by what is happening off-stage. “Kiss Me, Kate” is fun, melodious and sophisticated.
